Meet the team
The Emily Rickard Design team works out of our Bristol based studio. We are a small, strong and dynamic team and everyone is involved from the start to finish of each project.
Emily, Senior Interior Designer, Stylist, Creative Directer and owner of ERD is the head of our team here and leads each and every project. Read more about her 18 years of industry experience here.
Emma, with a background in photography and production and her own stylish 60's abode, is our Studio Manager. She keeps the operations at Emily Rickard Design running smooth and keeps us in check, so we can operate as effectively as possible.
Bailey is an Interior Designer and our head of tech in the studio. Hailing from Australia, she works with Emily to develop designs, drawings and visualisations.
Mika is our resident golden doodle. She supervises morale, keeping everyone smiling whilst monitoring quality control of belly and chin scratches.
